What information do the leads come with?
Each probate lead includes: decedent name, property address, personal representative info, and more. Personal representative emails are included if available. For a complete list of information included, please request a sample sheet.
How often do I get leads?
Fresh probate leads are delivered to your inbox weekly as a csv.
How many leads will I get for each county?
The number of leads you get depends on what was filed with the court. Because of this, we can't guarantee a specific number, nor do we put a cap on the number of leads you get. You get as many as were filed with the courts (that have real estate).
Are other estate-related files included, such as guardianship or conservatorship?
No, we ONLY send leads if there are real estate involved. We don't include any other records to inflate the numbers.
How accurate is your information?
Probate cases are public records. We manually retrieve the cases and verify the real estate, so you don't waste time calling about incorrect properties or sold/listed properties. You are getting the personal representative's contact- not the heirs, not the estranged family members.
I signed up for the subscription, what happens next?
You get fresh probate leads sent to your inbox weekly on Sundays. This includes all 14 counties for the state of Massachusetts.
